AGCO is currently seeking a Design Engineer : Electrical to join our team in Jackson, MN. The Design Engineer : Electrical will play a key part in designing and developing moderately complex electrical systems for release to production. The Design Engineer : Electrical will ensure superior product performance, durability, reliability, quality, and serviceability to the worldwide marketing place.

Responsibilities of the Design Engineer : Electrical:
: Conceive and provide practical and improved electrical product design
: Conceive moderately complex electrical product designs, and prepare system and subsystem layouts, by using a computer graphics system
: Make design calculations, decisions, and do the necessary load analysis and computer simulations via Pro/E and UGS
: Work closely with test engineers, technicians, plant personnel, and suppliers regarding product design, test, and production schedule dates
: Provide guidance to multiple departments, including Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Purchasing, Marketing, Sales, as well as Customer Service
Required Qualifications of the Design Engineer : Electrical:
: Entry:level experience with CAD experience, preferably 2+ years
Preferred Qualifications of the Design Engineer : Electrical:
: 1+ years working in the agricultural industry or with agricultural equipment
: Entry:level Pro/E experience, preferably 2+ years
: Entry:level harness routing with Pro/Cable experience, preferably 2+ years
Education of the Design Engineer : Electrical:
: A Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering is required, along with a 3.0 GPA or higher
