I am seeking 2 roommates to join me in a nice home with a beautiful large yard off of Lake Minnetonka. The house has 3 BR (the 2 upstairs are for rent, @ $750 and $850/month), a full BA and two 3/4 BAs, a main-level living room and a newly remodeled basement living room area (+ 1/2 BA), and a spacious kitchen. There is a hot tub, 2 deck areas, lake access for paddle boarding in the summer and snowshoeing in the winter (I have 2 sets of each that I'm always happy to share). The yard is great for social gatherings, cookouts, and sitting by a fire. There is a big garage out-building (not heated) that is full of some crossfit workout equipment, if you or anyone you socialize with is interested in such activities. I have 5 raised vegetable garden beds that grow enough food to feed several people all summer long. The neighborhood is quiet yet friendly. Excelsior has some great restaurants and fantastic vibe. There is a limestone trail just a block away that you can walk/bike into town. I have a large dog who is happy and sociable with people and other animals. Your pets are welcome, conditional on everyone in the household getting along well. Large fenced back yard. I'm a non-smoker and prefer roommates who also are non-smokers.
