The townhome it?s self is a very very nice size. There is a nice roomy kitchen with lots of storage space and a dishwasher, which I love. Also, there are one and a half bathrooms in the home. The half bathroom is downstairs. The living room is not huge but it?s a good size. I have one love seat and a large TV hooked up in the living room. There is also a deck that is really nice to sit out on and I do have a grill. The upstairs of course has 2 bedrooms with walk in closets. The full-size bathroom that has lots of storage space; also, there is a laundry closet with a washer/dryer. The bedroom you would get is a good size for multiple types of furniture. My last roommate had a dresser in the closet and in the room, they also fit a bed, another cabinet and a desk in there. So there is lots of space
