Hello! Me and my friend Taylor had signed a lease last October with two of our best friends. We were all planning on going to Mankato next year, but Taylor and I have ended up changing our paths. So, we are looking for two subleasers! The move in date is August 15th. Rent is $365 a month for a year. The apartment is two bath, four bed. There is a washer, dryer and dishwasher in the apartment. The building is about two blocks from the MSU campus. Jenny and Andrea (the two that will be living there next year) are very friendly and fun to be around, they are also focused on doing good in school and will not distract you from your work. Everyone living in the apartment will be expected to clean up after themselves and be respectful of each other and their things. We're all looking to have fun this year!
