My name is Rachel. I am currently looking for someone to sublease my apartment for the remainder of the lease (now until July). It is an apartment in University Square, right across from the MSU campus, where you would have your own room and share a bathroom with one of the three other roommates. The roommates are very nice and fun to be around. It's also in a great location with so many options for food and fun close by. The apartment itself has a balcony and so many other amenities. The rent is $465 per month. So if you moved in at the end of April, it is already paid for, and I am willing to pay $130 towards the rest of your time, meaning two months would be only $400.
