Keep reading if you want more info: This is a beautiful four bedroom home with a shared living room and kitchen. Currently, there are two bedrooms available for subleasing for the summer months (June 1- Sept 1). The monthly rent price is $375/month per person.Utilities (such as heat and water) are not included in this cost but the utility payments are usually rather low. The landlord does pay someone to take care of the lawn. The living room and kitchen are furnished with a TV, couches, dining room table, ect. There is also a nice porch with a couch on it for warm days. And a grill and lawn table and chairs in the backyard for lounging in the nice Minnesota summer weather. The rooms themselves are not furnished, however there is some extra furniture--dressers and night table--the landlord left, which is handily stored in the basement. The house is conveniently located near the light rail (a 3 minute walk), near target (a 5 minute walk), and near hamline university (a ten minute walk). The house is also located on a bikeway (charles avenue). Another location perk of the house is its proximity to the free and fun como park and conservatory (the house is 1.2 miles away from como park) Some small pets may be allowed, but no dogs or cats.
