The development is on a small lake with a very nice walking path around it (the townhouse is not on the lake, it is at the back of the development). The development is in a very nice area, and close to everything, right off Country Road 42, 35W and 35E. You would have most of the lower to yourself, including bedroom, full bathroom and a huge family room. The family room is partially furnished but most of this can be moved if necessary. The lower level is approx 900 SF. You would also have a parking spot in the garage, shared kitchen and laundry on the main floor, satellite TV and wireless internet.
